We began offering the workplace nursery benefit to clients across the UK. At this time it was the only way an employer could help their employees with the cost of childcare at a nursery setting.
2005
In 2005, the UK Government launched the childcare vouchers legislation and we responded with our website to offer this benefit to our customers.
We also introduced an in-house payroll service to allow our benefits clients to have all of their salary sacrifice and benefits deductions managed in one place for them. We even manage payment to HMRC and salary payments to employees.

We developed our EB Hub to act as both HR support function and employee benefits showcase.
The EB Hub provides a portal which contains total remuneration statements for each employee and allows them to choose and manage their benefits, book annual leave, manage their documentation, payment schedules and many other HR and administrative functions.

We have developed our “health and wellbeing” package to help employers help their employees cope with the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. The package covers off mental health awareness, emotional agility, nutrition, sleep and finances. This package provides ‘bite sized’ videos, sheets with tips and practical exercises for employees to use.
